Bloomberg reports that FTX and Alameda were inseparable from the beginning to resolve financial problems. Alameda was its sister company. Banks have not been able to work with crypto exchanges due to a lack regulatory oversight. FTX is therefore having difficulty obtaining a banking partner to process fiat transactions. This has been addressed by the company.
