Block Earner was sued by the Australian Securities and Investment Commission (ASIC), a financial watchdog in Australia, over suspicions it had sold unregistered cryptocurrency products. According to the regulator, the ASIC filed a civil penalty case with the federal court, seeking declarations, injunctions and pecuniary sanctions. The first hearing date has yet to be set.
